Humble and Trust

January 17,

God spoke to me two things today:

1. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, Give all your worries to Him, because He cares about you.(1 Peter 5:6-7 NKJV)
2. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3-5-6 NKJV)

School has been started last week, and feel bit worried with the project and dissertation since it's the last semester of uni life. But the thing make me worried the most is writing, i am always freak out. Even struggled to understand simple sentences. In addition, I am too worried i have gramatical error while i am writing the blog.

instead of thinking i'm stupid stupid stupid, a small wise voice inside of me said "it's okay!! Keep focusing and studying! it's a life-long learning process"

The Lord gave this verse:

^"Remember that I commanded you to be strong and brave. Don't be afraid, because the Lord your God will be with you everywhere you go."(Joshua 1:9 NCV)

I need a childlike faith

I believe for the plans You have are good for me, yet there are some areas that I'd like to submit to You as I have thought the thing i am yet ready to face, thing I am not strong at, and with the things that I need Your grace upon me.

Father, help me to keep focusing on what You have asked me to do, teach me to be humble and love You my Lord with all my heart, all my soul, all my strength, and all my mind.

Let Your will be done, o Lord.

He is testing me now

As I told God my very first mission for this year was to put Him as my first priority, so He is testing me now.

Deu13:3-4^:
3 you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams, for the LORD your God is testing you to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. ⁴ You shall walk after the LORD your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.

just like one said "God is more interested in your character than ur comfort zone", So should "Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth"(Col3:2)

An encouragement from a wise Abang,

"...Just want to encourage you. I'm glad that you want to be yourself, cos many times the environment around us change and we wonder if we are the one that is odd and decide to change and blend in. However, if everyone is the same, what is the point? We are all unique in our own ways, and it's definitely awesome to be yourself. I've been struggling with this too, but knowing that God created us in His image and He knows us inside out, we can then be ourselves, to shine for God's glory. So press on and be yourself, don't compromise." "...It also takes courage to acknowledge and accept yourself..."

just me:
felt tired inside out these days. i simply tired. tired. and tired. i could feel the spirits inside slowly fade away.

Lord, please i beg You, give me the strength for going through out all things before me, just as You said when I am weak I am strong in You.

I am tired...

my insomnia is back, couldn't sleep well again for this past three days. May be i'm just too worried about school stuffs.

Though God keep saying "Worry not, as I am with you", still i can't help when the burden overwhelm inside of me.

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

I guess, sleep is what i need for now or else i might be so "emoo" for the whole day.

Still fixing that short temper behaviour

very first comments: TOUGH!! super hard! and simply tiring some!what else?!

it's okay if the person is really nice and friendly, then what if meeting super annoying one? Grraaahhh i couldn't stay any longer to punch the face! (remember, i'm still fixing that short temper behaviour)

Hold on! Actually according to a close dudette, i am also a very very annoying person in everyday life. so she might think the same way, PUNCHING MY IRRITATING FACE right away!

Okay, i'll repent! Bear with me, i am still "growing up" to be little bit mature. hehehe. I'll do my best too to love people :)

how to talk?

Ahh, how i wish i could talk smoothly like those people who have confidence in public speaking. Me? it has been so many years i'm still struggled in speech. i'll get anxious in front of many people and i end up rapp-reading the notes in my presentation.

Moses from Old testatement was having the same problem like I, and the Lord said to me these:
Exodus 4: 10-12 (NCV)

¹⁰ But Moses said to the Lord, "Please, Lord, I have never been a skilled speaker. Even now, after talking to you, I cannot speak well. I speak slowly and can't find the best words."

¹¹ Then the Lord said to him, "Who made a person's mouth? And who makes someone deaf or not able to speak? Or who gives a person sight or blindness? It is I, the Lord.¹² Now go! I will help you speak, and I will teach you what to say."

learn to be a grown up

Anger problem

even now, still struggled with temper and anger problem. Sometimes if it reaches my limit, all worst vocabulary will just come out from the mouth.
